Britain fails to condemn Syria bombing

Instead of condemning a terrorist blast in Syria, the UK government has said that the killing of Syrian Defence Minister shows the need for swift international action against the Syrian government.
Britain was usually among first nations to condemn such attacks, but this time its foreign secretary William Hague bluntly said the attack shows the need for swift international action.

A bomb blast killed Syria’s defence minister and injured a number of other high ranking officials of the country.
